By working with key decision makers within the organisation a complete analysis of the impact of family care issues is developed.

The analysis begins with an understanding of the size and location of the workforce and the size and scope of the organisation. Our research will include:

• working closely with the HR and Organisational Development Departments
• quantitative and qualitative interviews with the leadership team
• extracting demographic data
• study of previous exit interviews, and
• exploration of the company's current and projected growth

A Family Care Needs survey will assess the impact of child, aged, disability and chronic health care within your business now and in the near future. Together the research and results of the survey will be analysed, and any family care issues that may exist within the corporation will be identified.

Once the issues are identified a range of solutions are presented to the client. For example:

• Family care
• Work based child care centre
• Reserved child care places
• School holiday care
• Child care referral service
• Aged care referral service
• Family friendly work practices

The suggested solution will be based on the organisational needs for the company within the budget available.
