Nicole Mills

 
Principal Consultant
Nicole has been the Managing Director of WeeWunz since the company's inception in 2002. In addition to Nicole's role as Managing Director she is also a senior consultant at WeeWunz with over 6 years experience in the child care industry. Nicole has worked in numerous roles both locally and abroad over the last 15 years, including financial, accounting and project management roles across the banking and finance sector.

Sheila Ghosh

 
Principal Consultant
Sheila is the Business Development Director at WeeWunz and is also a co-founder. Sheila's corporate experience of over 20 years includes project management in a number of communications and relationship management roles. She has gained experience in her field worldwide working in London, Sydney and Korea. Sheila is also a senior consultant at WeeWunz with over 6 years experience in the child care industry.

Sue Klanke

 
Consultant
Sue has 18 years experience in private and corporate child care. She has held positions with Macquarie Bank and Peppercorn Management as a Senior Operations Manager in Australia and New Zealand, specialising in growth management in the child care sector. Sue has successfully identified market needs and trends in a variety of child care environments by developing strong professional teams and adapting systems. Sue also has extensive experience in developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators and creating policies and procedures to ensure both client and regulatory requirements are met. Sue joined the WeeWunz team as a consultant in 2007.

Melinda Wallace

 
Consultant
Melinda has a Bachelor of Education and has worked in children's services for over 15 years, with 8 years in related management positions. She has a Cert IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and is currently completing further studies within finance. Melinda's roles have been varied and span a range of business types in the child care sector including not-for-profit companies, corporates, and work within different levels of government departments. Melinda's responsibilities have included quality assurance, compliance, recruitment, occupational health and safety, as well as budgeting and other areas of operations. Melinda also has several years of property development experience in sourcing properties and managing refurbishments.

Kylie Montague

 
Consultant
Kylie is a qualified child care educator with a Diploma of Teaching in Early Childhood and has over 10 years experience in the design and running of preschools. She has worked as a Centre Director as well as having been involved in the development and implementation of a wide range of programmes for preschool age children. Her skills as a photographer reflect her love of children. Kylie has been a member of the WeeWunz team since 2002.

Nicole Wyrill

Nicole's experience has been in the banking and financial services industry in Australia, Singapore and New York. Her roles have been focused on managing and maintaining client relationships with both corporate and endowment and foundation client bases. Nicole joined the WeeWunz team as consultant in 2006.

Adrian Searle

 
Consultant
Adrian joined the WeeWunz team as a consultant during 2005. He has worked in numerous management roles throughout his 15 year career with US, European and Australian based companies. He also has experience in providing consulting services to companies in many different industries. In addition to his extensive work experience Adrian has also gained an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).

Katherine Gray

 
Consultant
Katherine has over ten years marketing experience in a number of industries. She has worked in organisations that provide child care facilities on site and has seen first hand the effect this has on employees. Her primary experience has been in the strategic development of marketing programmes for both well established and start up businesses.

Claire Cooper

 
Consultant
Claire has a broad experience base gained over the last twenty years through travel and working overseas in the United Kingdom, Australia and Indonesia. She is a qualified solicitor who has also worked in legal recruitment allowing her to understand first hand the child care needs of professionals in the workforce. Whilst living in Indonesia Claire had involvement in the founding and operation of a charitable centre for children as well as editing a monthly magazine.

Anne Harris

 
Consultant
Anne has been involved with WeeWunz since its inception. She is a registered nurse with over thirty five years experience in both the public and private sector. For the last ten years Anne has worked in an executive capacity as Director of Nursing and acting Director of Hospital in a busy Surgical and Medical Hospital in the Private Sector. Her medical experience adds a valuable depth to the WeeWunz Team.
